Ubiquitous Intelligent Conversational Agent Model for Higher Education Institutions

Abstract
This research study aims to develop and evaluate the Ubiquitous Intelligent Conversational Agent Model (UICAM) for Higher Education Institutions. The article presents the model whichconsists of important two components: higher education institutions strategic and ubiquitous intelligent conversational agent. A tool of this research is questionnaire which have been evaluated by 5 experts and using Content Validity Index: CVI and scale-level CVI (SCVI) for summary the evaluation tool. Then, the model was evaluated by using consensus evaluation from seventeen experts by using Mean, Standard Deviation: S.D., Median, Interquartile Range: IR and Quartile Deviation: QD. The research found that the group of experts has a consensus to approve the model developed according to the conceptual framework: 1) higher education institution strategic element(Mean=4.74, S.D.=0.53, IR<=1 and QD<=0.5) 2)ubiquitous intelligent conversational agent element(Mean=4.91, S.D.=0.18, IR<=1 and QD<=0.5). Therefore, it can be concluded that the model is suitable for use in developing ubiquitous intelligent conversational agent for higher education institutions.
