Abstract
This study used a qualitative method with descriptive exploratory approach. Aims to determine how is work ethic of work ethic of women tribe sasak, case study women of craftmen woven fabric in Sade village, Rembitan, Lombok Tengah, province of Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia and the factors that influence their work ethic. The subjects of this study were women of craftmen woven fabric in Sade village, Rembitan, Lombok Tengah, Province of Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia). Women of Sasak tribe are well known women with perseverance and patience in weave cloth. The reality in the field shows that the weaving are everyday activities of women Sasak tribe in the Sade village. Besides tradition, weaving is as an activity to help the family economy.
