Paper Title
Ethical Boundaries of Spirituality and Religious Integration in Clinical Practice and Counseling

Abstract
spirituality and religion are broad concepts which greatly affect the counselling practise , clinicians have been trained and through experience continuously learn that we should educate ourselves about the diversity of our clients religions and spirituality. Therapeutically religion and spirituality play an enormous role, therefore clinicians should refer clients outside their competencies and endeavour to educate ourselves about the same. While the amount of research regarding religion and spirituality in counselling has been increasing, researchers have many potential areas of further study. Counsellors’ should address the assumptions that have led to a lack of research dealing with religion and spirituality, such as the belief that religion and spirituality cannot be studied scientifically.
