Consequences Of Comprehensive Performance Evaluation: Empirical Evidence From Hotel Business In Thailand

Abstract
The objective of this research is to investigate the consequences of comprehensive performance evaluation of hotel businesses in Thailand. The one hundred and nine hotel businesses in Thailand are collected as the sample of the research by using the questionnaire as the research tool. Structural equation model (SEM) is applied to analyze data in the research. The results of this research indicate that comprehensive performance evaluation has a positive effect on organizational capability and firm performance. Theoretical and applicable contributions and suggestion for further research are presented in this article.
