Paper Title
Effect of Milling Time on Composite Feedstock Rheology

Abstract
This study aims to produce wt. 1% TiC / 316L composite powders and milling times (0, 5, and 10 hours) by the mechanical alloying method and determine their suitability for powder metallurgical methods. It was observed non-milled (as-received or pre-mixed for 3 minutes) and 10 hours milled powders exhibited convenient characteristic properties for injection molding, but 5 hours milled powders are not. Besides, we used nearly eco-friendly binder for this process. Keywords - 316L, Mechanical alloying, Powder injection molding, Rheology, TiC
