The Explanation to the Preservation of Human Resource Development in the Hotel Industry : an Initial Perspective of Mckinsey 7S Framework in Lao PDR
The purpose of this article is to form a concept the points of adjustment for human resource development in the Lao PDR' Hotel industry by increasing McKinsey's 7S model. Literature reviewing and theoretical handle were directed to explain and conduct the McKinsey 7S Framework for the position of the human resource development in the Lao PDR' Hotel industry. In the human resource development in the Lao PDR' Hotel industry, the 7S concept can be effectively enhanced to cover the process of human resource development. It commits also add to stakeholders and allies of the Hotel industry in Lao PDR. The reviewed concept can be managed by the executive to take for their operation of human resource development and to serve to plan they are forthcoming as in the bright of seven factors of preparation.
