The standard of living getting higher greatly influence human behavior that underlies all important processes deployed in organizations, globalization, declining birth rates in developed countries etc obliges managers present to focus on the process of motivating employees, process become indispensable in achieving management performance. Motivation leads to self-realization of employees is an optimal way of development and personal fulfillment thereof.Theme employee motivation plays a central role in management, both from practical and theoretical. Managers considered an essential component of the equation motivating performance at all levels, while researchers consider it a fundamental component in the development of practical management theories.Therefore, a survey was conducted on identifying financial incentives or non-financial nature that are now given to employees and evaluating the most important in terms of employee motivators.
