Improvements in Performance of Lead Iodide Perovskite Solar Cells Incorporating Zirconiummetal Organic Compounds Additive

Abstract
Here we study the role of the zirconium metal organic compounds in the perovskite solution and their influence upon perovskite crystal growth, absorption, film formation and device performances. The additives are incorporated into perovskite precursor solution to tune the morphology of perovskite layer during the film formation process.The morphology of this new pervoskite was studied by SEM and XRD.The emount of additive is optimized at 1%wt due to its insulatig characteristics.
