Paper Title
Non-Invasive Glucose Level Monitoring during Pregnancy and Prenatal Diagnosis

Abstract
This paper presents a system developed within the context of a Romanian research project entitled “Non - invasive microsensors for applications in continuous glucose monitoring during pregnancy” which aims to create and study a new, non-invasive method of measuring the glucose levels from saliva, by using a microsensor. Such a microsensor does not exist at the moment. This article focuses on the software engineering part of the project, by discussing the functionality and architecture of the software application together with a prototype implementation of the user interface. This system is used by the doctor and the patient to make appointments, display the sensor’s results, help at diagnosing the disease and prescribe a treatment.
