Paper Title
Deradicalization for Former Terrorist Through Entrepreneurship: An Indonesia Case Study

Abstract
Countermeasures of terrorism need to be done in various ways. Bringing terrorists to prison needs to be followed by efforts to prepare for their economic independence after getting out of jail. It aims to help them live normally so they do not become terrorists anymore. This study discusses the effort to build economic independence for former terrorists in Indonesia. This is a qualitative study. Data were collected through literature study, observation and interview. Data were analyzed through Miles & Huberman interactive model. The results show that former terrorists desperately need economic independence. However, the development of economic independence for former terrorists has not been successful. This program has not been able to involve all former terrorists. Most programs are also just training without sufficient capital assistance. It is recommended to make a better program with a significant budget. The former terrorists also need to be assisted to organize their business.
