Paper Title
Fast Travel Service and Passengers' Usage Intentions

Abstract
Adopting self-services at airports has become increasingly important to passengers, airline companies, and airport managers. This research is an initial study that investigates air travelers’ perceptions of fast travel service and the factors influencing air travelers’ intentions to use fast travel service. A survey was conducted at an international airport in Taiwan and a total of 582 valid observations were obtained. The results show that perceived ease of use of fast travel service positively influences perceived usefulness of fast travel service. Perceived usefulness predicts air travelers’ attitudes toward and intentions to use fast travel service. Attitudes also positively influence intentions. Moreover, air travelers agree that they are more likely to use fast travel service if most people use it. The theoretical contributions and managerial implications are discussed at the end of this paper. Keywords - Fast Travel Service; Air Transport; Intention
