Big Data Analytics for Process Control and Optimization

Abstract
These days ability to store, extract, and analyze data is rapidly changing. Big data is a popular term that is used to describe the large, diverse, complex datasets created from various processes. The term big data refers not only to the size or volume of data, but also to the variety of data. For Better results and quality, process plays an important role in any industry. Even a small delay in detecting a quality problem can result in loss in terms of scrap, rework, less profit margins and loss of customer satisfaction. To overcome the quality and productivity issues process should be well control and optimized. For process control and detect process variation statistical techniques are used by SPC so that process can be managed and under control. Big Data involves the data gathering, combines, and analysis of different -different data in terms of sources and formats for the purpose of finding new acumen and creating value.As the extent, sources & variety of data get bigger, our existing analytical methodologies are extend to new limits.
