KPI Analytics For An Educational Institution In Saudi Arabia

Abstract
This study employed the development research design in aiming to develop a proposed key performance indicator (KPI) analytics for one educational institution in Saudi Arabia. This proposed system featured the application of Apriori algorithm and the alignment of the standards and KPIs of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment of higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia. The Apriori algorithm was used to predict the KPI submission which has helped the school management foresee which KPI is expected to be submitted in the future for planning purposes. The achievements of the school’s KPIs would determine their compliance with the NCAAA’s KPIs. The proposed system covered the data management of user accounts, KPIs, KPI annual targets, entities, and weekly KPI reporting system. Data gathered were consolidated in textual, tabular, and graphical representations. This proposed system was validated by six Information Technology and Quality Assurance Management experts and end-users from the Royal Commission Yanbu Colleges and Institutes. The ISO 25010 System Quality Standard was used to evaluate the extent of compliance of this proposed system.
