Knowledge Management for The Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals

Abstract
Today's world is changing fast. One of the most important changes that affect development is knowledge. It is emphasized that knowledge, experience, competence, and civil responsibility motivate people to observe environmental, social and economic requirements of sustainable development. It is noted that one of the ways to study the cognitive dimension of sustainable development is to think about development as a social learning process that, at individual level, helps people to control their personal developmental experience, apply it independently to problem solving and to their future development. At the organizational level, applying knowledge management tools and techniques, employees' intellectual knowledge transforms organizations into a competitive competitive advantage. At the global level, applying the knowledge management model, sustainable development principles are used to create a sustainable global society in such a way as to achieve the goals of sustainable development.
