Online Customer Lead Generation for Social Media: A Business Analytics Approach

Abstract
Social media have been widely used as an effective marketing tool. Online customer lead generation is a task for a company to attract and generate customers on the Internet and World Wide Web, including social media. Business analytics is the practice for continuous iterative exploration and investigation of relevant business data to improve a company’s performance. This paper presents a business analytics approach to online customer lead generation for social media.
