Antecedents of Knowledge Sharing Intention and Assumptions in Multiple Regression Analysis Assessment

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the influences of causal factors affecting knowledge sharing intentions, and 2) to investigate research assumptions through multiple regression analysis as a basic regulation. The population of this research consisted of 715 educational personnel in universities in the northeastern region. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results indicate that every causal factor examined affected knowledge sharing intentions. Furthermore, the assumptions tested by the multiple regression analysis were in accordance with the results of the multiple regression analysis.
