The Preventive Effect of Curcumin Analogs from Cullilawan Oil using Microwave Method as Hepatoprotector in Rats (Rattus Norvegicusl.) Induced by CCl4

Abstract
Curcumin analogues from cullilawan oil made using microwave method (AKS-m) have the potential as hepatoprotectors because they have functional groups that are antioxidants. The purpose of this study was to determine the preventive effect of analogue compounds of curcumin synthesized from cullilawan oil using a microwave method as hepatoprotector in rats (Rattus norvegicus L.) induced by CCl4. The method used is a laboratory experiment method using model animals (Rattus norvegicus L.) and using positive control of Heap-Q liver drug and comparator of turmeric extract (curcumin). The results showed that semi-synthetic product (AKS-m) had the potential as hepatoprotector in male rats (Rattus norvegicus L.) induced by CCl4 at a dose of 52 mg / 200g bb Keywords - Hepatoprotector, AKS-m, Preventive, Rattus norvegicus L.
