The Investigation Of Coaching And Mentoring System Forpre-Service Teachers’ Teaching
This study is the investigation of coaching and mentoring system use. It aims to compare the teaching performance of pre-service teachers before and after the process of coaching and mentoring. The sample group of this research are 12 pre-service teachers and their 12 mentor teachers. The instrument consists of the process of coaching and mentoring system and teaching observation. The statistics used for data analysis are median value and percentage. The results showed that pre-service teachers had the ability to perform better after receiving the process of coaching and mentoring system. They are satisfied with the teaching method, and they feel that they have better attitude to become a teachers in the future.
