Analysis of Muscle Genes influence Physical activity of Adolescence: A Systematic approach

Abstract
Objectives: The aim of the study was to investigate how muscle genes influence physical activity of adolescence boys. Methods: The study was confined to forty (N=40) school boys in SDAT Sports development authority of tamilnadu) and Renugadevi Hr.Sec.School, Palani, Dindigul (District), Tamilnadu in India. Their age ranged from 12 to 14 years based on the school records. The subjects were divided into two categories is growth indicator depending on the polymorphism such as II and DD gene. The subjects were twenty boys (n=20) from SDAT (Sports Development Authority of tamilnadu) Coimbatore (District) tamilnadu in India and twenty boys (n=20) from Renugadevi, Hr. Sec. School, Palani, Dindigul (District), tamilnadu in India. After blood test the subjects were divided into two groups namely as II (20), DD (20). Results: First multiple comparison II Genotype R and R square values at 0.539 and 0.291. R square indicating that about 29% of the variation in dependent variable. And, Second, Multiple comparison R and R square values at 0.938 and 0.880. R square indicating that about 88% of the variation in dependent variable is caused by five independent variables. Conclusion: Therefore, comparative effects lead to DD gene (Muscle frequency) boys speed better performance when compared with other group of II, genotype of SDAT boys and School boys.
