Paper Title
Best Practices to Monitor Voltage and Load Shedding in Control Centers

Abstract
The prim aim of distribution system of a public electricity company is for monitoring, controlling and maintain at one or more control centers. The distribution system consists of networks from 33KV /13.8 kV step down to 220/380 V and supplying to customers' premises. During extreme weather condition , major disturbances occurs in the system due to strom, blizzard and lightning, simultaneously many fault shall be generated .The control system engineers can be rapidly intervene forward a large number of telemetry messages, damage reports and customers' telephone calls for reporting loss of supply for consumer satisfaction . This paper illustrates creative methods have been done by the control room operators to monitor voltage, load deviations fastly and load shedding to minimize consumer disturbance.
